TWC Welcome Ministry
The TWC Welcome Team welcomes, greets, and assists members each Sunday. Their role involves creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all Word Center members and visitors. With our warm hugs and big smiles, the Welcome Team strives to develop a positive and refreshing environment.
TWC Health Ministry
The Word Center Health and Wellness Ministry is a crucial bridge between the church and the community. This ministry advocates for health within the church, addresses the diverse needs of the community, and fosters a culture of wellness grounded in faith. The ministry aims to nurture holistic well-being through the following components: health workshops, seminars, informational resources, health screenings, ​community outreach and health fair events.

TWC Outreach Ministry
The mission of the Outreach Team is to align and actively engage with surrounding communities through service focused activities. Our goal is to be a light in our community and demonstrate our love for Jesus Christ through acts of kindness. Past outreach projects include providing and serving lunch to the unhoused community in the Jackson metro area, participating in community clean-up events, and hosting both a coat and shoe drive.
TWC Media Ministry
The Media Ministry serves as the creative heartbeat of the church, dedicated to capturing and preserving the powerful moments that define our worship and community. From taking photographs and recording services to managing livestreams and creating visually engaging flyers, this ministry ensures that the message of faith reaches far beyond the church walls. This ministry plays a vital role in spreading the gospel and showcasing the beauty of God’s work in action.​​
TWC Hospitality Ministry
This ministry truly owns up to its name. HOSPITALITY! We are a warm welcoming family that’s going to welcome you upon visiting our church for the first time. Expect to be embraced with a friendly smile, loving open arms, and a warm embrace along with a gift from a member of our Hospitality Ministry.
TWC Music Ministry
The Word Center's Music Ministry is devoted to crafting worship experiences that lead the congregation into the presence of God through spirit-led anointed music. The ministry seamlessly merges traditional and contemporary gospel styles to inspire, uplift, and connect worshippers of all ages and backgrounds. Through their ministry, they seek to glorify God, support the church's vision, and encourage more meaningful relationships with Christ.
TWC NextGen Ministry
With a focus on youth engagement and spiritual development, the NextGen ministry is designed to help young people grow in their spiritual journey, develop positive relationships, and discover who they are in Christ. . From TWC Minis for toddlers, TWC Kids for children ages 5-11, and TWC Teens, our volunteers help to nurture our youth's faith and provide a space for them to have some fun along the way.
